Manisha Sidhu - Dietitian & Nutritionist at In Good Nutrition
Hi, I’m Manisha! I believe nutrition should feel supportive, practical, and empowering, not restrictive or overwhelming. Food is deeply personal and shaped by culture, lifestyle, health history, and lived experience, and my role is to help you find an approach to nutrition that truly works for you.

Whether you are looking to improve your overall health, build confidence around food, or manage health concerns, I work with you to create realistic and sustainable strategies that fit into your everyday life. My goal is to make nutrition feel clear and achievable so you can feel more at ease with food and confident in your choices.
My Story, Manisha Sidhu
My passion for nutrition began close to home. I became interested in nutrition through a desire to support my family and those around me in improving their quality of life and developing a healthier, more balanced relationship with food. I saw firsthand how food choices could influence energy, confidence, and overall well-being, and how confusing and overwhelming nutrition information can feel without the right support.

This experience shaped my approach to dietetics and continues to guide my work today. I am passionate about helping people feel informed, supported, and empowered when it comes to food, rather than pressured or restricted.Through my education and clinical experience, I have worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds and health journeys. I value building trusting relationships and providing care that is tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals.

I believe effective nutrition care looks at the whole person, not just nutrients or numbers. By combining evidence-based guidance with a compassionate, client-centred approach, I support clients in setting achievable goals, developing practical skills, and making progress at a pace that feels right for them. Seeing clients build confidence and feel more in control of their health is what makes this work so meaningful to me.
