THE ROLE: Registered Dietitian - Virtual Practice

We’re looking for exceptional Registered Dietitians who are adaptable, driven, and passionate about helping a diverse range of clients navigate their nutrition goals. In this virtual role, you’ll provide one-on-one sessions for both individuals and couples.

​

Experience supporting clients with chronic conditions, weight concerns, menopause, and food relationship is ideal. If you're open to growth, eager to learn, and committed to client-centred care, we’d love to hear from you.

 

COMPENSATION & EMPLOYMENT OPTIONS
Hourly Employee: $40–$50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Includes paid vacation. Additional benefits may be available depending on hours worked. 

Contractor Role: based on experience and qualifications.


 

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS

  • Fully remote position with flexible scheduling.

  • Minimum availability: 3 days per week (with the option to work more if desired).

  • One evening shift per week; no weekends.​​

Full Administrative Support

  • No need to handle marketing, client acquisition, billing, or administrative tasks, we take care of it all so you can focus on client care.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Provide top-tier, client-centred nutrition counselling for individuals, couples, and families.

  • Deliver medical nutrition therapy, creating tailored plans to address and improve nutrition-related problems.

  • Monitor progress, measure outcomes, and adjust interventions to ensure goals are met.

  • Serve a diverse range of clients with varying needs and cultural backgrounds, with the potential to specialize in your preferred areas. Check out our ⮕  Dietitian Directory 

  • Develop comprehensive goal-setting and tailored care plans, with ongoing follow-ups.

  • Conduct meal plan sessions and either create personalized meal plans using software or collaborate with another dietitian to complete them.

  • Present workplace wellness sessions (in-person locally, if desired).

  • Maintain high client engagement, retention, and performance-based goals.

  • Approach challenges proactively, whether client-related, scheduling, or technical, you take ownership of challenges and seek solutions before escalating

WHO YOU ARE

REQUIREMENTS

✔ Registered Dietitian in good standing with a regulatory body in Canada.
✔ Minimum 2 years of outpatient counselling experience.
✔ Home workspace with reliable high-speed internet.
✔ Computer with video capabilities and a personal phone.

✔ Liability insurance or willing to get it
✔ Availability: 3 or more days (option for additional hours).

Position: Client Care Coordinator (Student Position) - Position Filled

Location: Remote (Canada)
Hours: 6+ hours/week
Schedule: Flexible (can work around your school schedule)

 

In Good Nutrition is a private practice serving clients across Canada. We’re known for delivering client-centred, high-quality nutrition care and behind every great dietitian is strong client care support.

 

We’re looking for a nutrition student who is organized, reliable, and eager to contribute to a practice that values professionalism, client care and growth.

​

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responding to client emails with professionalism and warmth

  • Following up with clients by phone as needed

  • Check and respond to client inquiries daily, with morning and afternoon check-ins preferred

  • Booking and rescheduling appointments

  • Assist with additional tasks or projects based on team needs, skillset, and interest

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently enrolled in a nutrition or dietetics bachelor’s program

  • Organized, dependable, and self-directed

  • Able to take initiative and solve problems independently

  • An effective and professional communicator, able to respond promptly, clearly, and kindly via email or phone

  • Experience in sales or customer service

  • Tech savvy, proficient with Google Workspace

  • Bonus: Experience with Canva, social media, blogging or content creation
