  • What is the maximum amount reimbursed per year, and when does the coverage year reset?

  • Does the plan cover 100% of each session up to the yearly maximum, or is there a per-session maximum?

No problem. We’ll provide you with a payment receipt that you can submit to your provider for reimbursement.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR USING MY BENEFITS?

We require a credit card/visa debit on file at the time booking to reserve your appointment. After your appointment, we'll process your payment with your insurance provider. If there's any remaining balance, we'll charge the card on file for your convenience. We will email you the payment receipt.

If you book your session online, our intake form will ask you for your insurance information. You can also upload an image of your benefits card!

WILL I RECEIVE A RECEIPT FOR THE DIRECT BILLED SERVICES?
