WHAT IF I WANT A MEAL PLAN?
Great! We offer a meal planning session with a Registered Dietitian. During this session, we'll gather essential information through key questions to craft your ideal meal plan.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We require 48 hours notice for any appointment modifications. A late cancellation fee will apply with notice under 48 hours. Missed appointments or no-shows (less than 4 hours notice) will require full payment for time reserved. Thank you for understanding.

A dietitian is a registered and regulated health professional with specific education and training in dietetics, while a nutritionist does not necessarily have the same level of regulation and may have varying degrees of education and qualifications.
