WHERE IS YOUR OFFICE LOCATED?
We have locations in Edmonton, AB, Calgary AB, and Halifax , NS. Our clinics are run 100% virtually, serving clients across Alberta and Nova Scotia. With this virtual model we found clients have greater access to our services and have more success and accountability.
DOES MY INSURANCE COVER ME?
Registered Dietitian services are often covered by your health benefits plan. Speak with your insurance provider to determine what coverage you qualify for. We provide payment receipts that can be submitted to your benefits provider for reimbursement. Services are also a tax deductible expense.
DO I REQUIRE A DOCTORS REFERRAL?
No referral needed to book an appointment - self referrals are welcomed!
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Should you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please provide at least twenty-four (24) hours notice. A late cancellation leaves a hole in our dietitian's calendar that could have been filled. Late cancellations or missed appointments will require full payment for time reserved. Thank you for understanding.
CAN I USE MY BENEFITS/INSURANCE PLAN FOR MEAL PLANS?
Yes! Meal plans are created by Dietitians which can be claimed in benefits plans under Registered Dietitian. When you receive your meal plan you will provide you with an itemized receipt that can be submitted to your benefits provider for reimbursement.
WHAT ARE THE FEES FOR SESSIONS?
An initial consultation is 1 hour and $190 follow-ups are 45 minutes and $165.
