HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT FOR A FAMILY MEMBER?
Booking for a partner, child, or other loved one is straightforward in our online portal:
Adding Family Members to Your Account
1) During Account Creation
When you sign up for an account on our website, you’ll be asked if you want to book appointments for family members. If you select "Yes," you’ll need to provide:
-
The family member’s relationship to you
-
Their first name, last name, and email address
You’ll also have the option to allow the family member to use your saved payment method (if the clinic uses our payment system). Check the box to grant this permission. To add more family members, click "Add Another Family Member" and repeat the process. Once all family members are added, click "Continue" to start booking appointments.
2) Via Your Account Dashboard
If you already have an account and want to add family members, log in to the patient portal and navigate to the "My Account" section. From there:
-
Go to the "Family Members" tab.
-
Add a new family member by entering their details.
-
Manage permissions for existing family members, such as updating payment method access.
Note: You can modify permissions you’ve granted to family members, but you cannot view or edit permissions they’ve granted to you.

Scheduling an Appointment for a Family Member
-
Book appointments for family members using the same process as booking for yourself.
-
Select an appointment time, and choose the family member from a dropdown menu when confirming.
-
Book multiple family appointments in one session by selecting "Add Another Appointment" before finalizing.
