My Story, Rima Malak
My journey into the world of nutrition and well-being began with a deep desire to help others find balance in their health. I’ve always believed that nutrition is more than just food on a plate; it’s about creating a strong foundation that supports both the body and mind. This belief has shaped my approach as a Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist, guiding me to provide not just personalized advice but compassionate, practical support tailored to each person’s life.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients from all walks of life, helping them manage everything from weight concerns and chronic conditions like high cholesterol to gut health and child nutrition. Each client’s journey is unique, and I’m dedicated to creating realistic, evidence-based plans that empower them to make lasting changes they feel confident about.

My commitment to a holistic approach led me to pursue additional studies in Counselling Psychology, which I’m currently completing at Yorkville University. This has allowed me to better understand the connection between mental and physical health and the psychology of behaviour change, so I can help clients build habits that support both physical vitality and emotional well-being.
