HOW ARE THE ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS SPACED OUT?
You will meet weekly for the first 4 weeks and bi-weekly for the last week. This is the ultimate time frame and consistency. Serena also provides a flexible schedule with evening availability.
WHAT IF I WANT MORE SUPPORT AFTER?
Serena offers the Good Membership, for support and accountability post program completion.
DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?
No, but after our session I can provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Serena Benali is a Registered Dietitian and many health benefit plans provide coverage for service from a Registered Dietitian.
